These awards support CFPC members in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities related to meeting the changing needs of their community.
Supporting family physicians in active practice to carry out CPD or continuing medical education (CME) activities related to meeting the changing needs of their patients and communities within Canada. The deadline to submit is March 1, 2012.
Supporting CFPC members in international health care projects either in Canada or abroad, and in promoting family medicine abroad. The deadline to submit is March 1, 2012.
Supporting family physicians in active practice in their participation in CPD/CME programs to help them attain or enhance their knowledge and skills in the areas of hospice palliative care. The deadline has been extended to April 1, 2012.
Supporting family physicians in active practice in their participation in traineeships to help them attain or enhance their knowledge or skills in women’s health. The deadline to submit is March 1, 2012.
Supporting family physicians in active practice in research, education, knowledge translation and skills acquisition in the area of adolescent mental health and substance abuse. The deadline to submit is March 1, 2012.
