Innovation in Primary Care

The College of Family Physicians of Canada and its Advisory Committee on Family Practice are pleased to release the second issue in the Innovation in Primary Care series, Caring for Unattached and Marginalized Patients. Read the issue to learn about local innovations in care designed to help unattached and marginalized patients in Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, and Quebec.

The series supports learning among Chapters and among family physicians across the country by sharing local approaches to health care that are working well so physicians can benefit from others’ experiences, knowledge, and best practices. If you have an innovative model or practice that you would like to submit, or if you would like to provide feedback on the series, please send an email to: [email protected].
