The AMS-Mimi Divinsky Awards for History and Narrative in Family Medicine will be presented at Family Medicine Forum (FMF) in Toronto, November 15 – 17, 2012
The author of each winning story will receive $1,000 and complimentary registration plus up to $1,000 to offset travel and other expenses to attend FMF 2012 and present their story during a special history and narrative session. Award-winning stories will also be published inCanadian Family Physician.
