The online application for Certificates of Added Competence in Addiction Medicine is now open!

January 2018

Certificates of Added Competence (CACs) recognize family physicians who achieve and maintain enhanced areas of expertise in particular domains of care. Members who hold CACs are valued resources to their patients and communities, and to other family physicians.

We are now accepting online applications for CACs in Addiction Medicine. This is a voluntary, time-limited process. The application period closes September 30, 2018. We encourage members to visit the CAC web page for information about eligibility, instructions for the application process, and  access to the online application.

We welcome questions, comments, and feedback. Please contact our CAC coordinator by email at [email protected].
