CFPC Lifetime Achievement Awards in Family Medicine Research

Supported by the College of Family Physicians of Canada

These awards honour individuals who were our trailblazers and leaders in family medicine research, and who made a significant career contribution to family medicine research during their active career years. These awards will give public recognition to their work and to our discipline.

The awards will be presented at a special event during Research Day, held in conjunction with Family Medicine Forum (FMF) 2015 in Toronto, November 12 to 14.

Nomination and selection process

Nominations for the Lifetime Achievement Awards in Family Medicine are invited from CFPC members.

Nominations must reach the CFPC National Office by April 1, 2015.

The CFPC’s Section of Researchers will recommend up to five recipients to the national Honours and Awards Committee. Nominees will be informed of results in July 2015.
