What's new

Innovation in Primary Care series

The College of Family Physicians of Canada and its Advisory Committee on Family Practice have partnered with the Canadian Psychiatric Association and the Canadian Psychological Association to produce the latest issue in the Innovation in Primary Care series, Integrating Mental Health Services in Primary Care. Read the issue to learn about how some family physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care providers are working together to improve access to mental health services for patients in their communities and how best to influence patient, provider, and system outcomes.

The series supports learning among Chapters and among family physicians across the country by sharing local approaches to health care that are working well so physicians can benefit from others’ experiences, knowledge, and best practices. If you have an innovative model or practice that you would like to submit, or if you would like to provide feedback on the series, please send an email to: [email protected].
