2019 Director-at-Large nominees

The Board approved the following five recommendations from the Nominating Committee:

That the members of the CFPC be invited to elect:

  1. Dr. Catherine Cervin of Sudbury, Ontario as a Director holding the office of President-Elect for a one-year term from October 31, 2019, to November 5, 2020
  2. Dr. Brady Bouchard of Battleford, Saskatchewan as a Director holding the office of Secretary-Treasurer for a one-year term from October 31, 2019, to November 5, 2020
  3. Dr. Marie Giroux of Sherbrooke, Quebec as Director-at-Large for a three-year term beginning October 31, 2019, until the time of the 2022 Annual Meeting of Members.
  4. Dr. Christie Newton of Port Moody, British Columbia as Director-at-Large for a three -year term beginning October 31, 2019, until the time of the 2022 Annual Meeting of Members.

    And:
  5. That the Nominating Committee will recommend one nominee, or multiple nominees, as applicable, for one three-year term Director-at-Large position. The Board will approve the nominee(s) to be shared with members for election. If there is more than one nominee, the nominee receiving the most votes will be elected.

Information about the Board and Nominating Committee’s nominees for the Director-at-Large vacancy will be shared with members by August 26, 2019. Comparable information will be provided to inform your vote!
