COVID-19 infections and deaths in CHSLDs: What are the contributing factors?

The CQMF invites you to watch a webinar presented in September by Dr. Sophie Zhang, co-president of the community of practice for physicians in residential and long-term care centres (CHSLDs). In this webinar, Dr. Zhang will report on the institutional factors associated with outbreak size and mortality levels in CHSLDs during the first wave of COVID-19. She will also talk about solutions!

In the media

Our president, Dr. Caroline Laberge, discusses the concept of “choosing wisely” in the article “Des professionnels de la santé cherchent à allier santé du patient et environnement” published by The Canadian Press. It’s a must-read!
