This College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) live-stream webinar will bring you up to date on best practices in antenatal care. Providing comprehensive care in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy is standard for many family doctors, but small volumes of patients may limit our comfort with this important area. Dr. Bill Ehman, chair of the CFPC’s Maternity and Newborn Care Program Committee, will cover topics such as screening for aneuploidy, estimating due date, and understanding the roles of ASA and vaginal progesterone in pregnancy.

Dr. Ehman co-chaired the Advances in Labour and Risk Management (ALARM) program (a collaboration between the CFPC and the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada) from 2002 to 2005 and is a consultant for Perinatal Services BC.
