Bylaws of the College of Family Physician of Canada
The CFPC was founded in 1954 and incorporated in 1968. It is governed by a set of bylaws, which are updated periodically. The President-Elect/Chair of the Board of Directors chairs the Committee on Bylaws.
These Bylaws were approved by the Board of Directors of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and ratified by the members attending the Annual General Meeting held in Vancouver, British Columbia on October 15, 2010.

Note that there were no bylaw amendments proposed at the 2011 Annual General Meeting in Montréal, Québec. The bylaws ratified in October 2010 will remain in effect.
