Contemporary Topics in Early Antenatal Care is an interactive online course that was created for family doctors who are involved in any level of obstetrical care, with a focus on the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. Its five modules cover a range of practical topics including aneuploidy screening, early bleeding management, management of hypertension, and much more.

The CFPC has certified the program for up to seven Mainpro+® credits. The anticipated completion time for all five modules is seven hours, and the modules can be done over several visits. A certificate of participation is provided after each completed module. The CFPC is proud to provide this e-learning opportunity that was created collaboratively by family physicians with antenatal expertise and obstetrician-gynecologists.

Update: This e-course is closed effective June 30, 2021. The e-course will be updated this summer and will be made available again on CFPCLearn, the CFPC’s e-learning platform. Visit https://cfpclearn.ca for more information.
