Retirement Notice – Dr. Nancy Fowler

After her extraordinary career marked by dedication, leadership, and a deep commitment to family medicine, we at the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Dr. Nancy Fowler as she readies herself for retirement. Her last day at the CFPC will be March 31, 2026.
 
Over the course of a 40-year career in family medicine, Dr. Fowler has devoted her professional life to advancing the discipline and supporting those who practise and teach it. For the past 9-plus years, she has served as Executive Director, Academic Family Medicine (AFM) at the CFPC, bringing steady leadership, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment to the CFPC’s work.
