Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Website(s) are administered by the CFPC from its offices in Mississauga, Ontario. The Website(s) can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Ontario, you agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Website(s) or the Content shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The CFPC strives to provide all information contained on the Website(s) in both of Canada's official languages. In some instances, however, various publications and documents are only available in English or in French.
