PHAC recently released updates to the Committee to Advise on Tropical Medicine and Travel’s (CATMAT) statement on the prevention and treatment of Zika virus.

PHAC released a new infographic to provide advice to travellers on how to protect themselves from mosquito-related diseases including dengue chikungunya and the Zika virus. Specific advice on how to prevent mosquito bites is featured. The infographic is available on Canada.ca and was promoted through our Healthy Canadians’ channels.
