Dr. Benjamin Schiff

Dr. Benjamin Schiff completed his medical training and family residency at McGill University. He is now the Program Director of the third-year Enhanced Skills Hospital Medicine Program at McGill; Director of the Program Accreditation Department in the Office for Continuing Professional Development in the Faculty of Medicine at McGill; and Director of the In-Hospital Family Physicians Division in the Department of Family Medicine at St. Mary’s Hospital in Montreal, Quebec.

Dr. Schiff’s areas of interest include medical ethics and hospital medicine. Before assuming the role of MIGS Council Chair he served as the Hospital Medicine member interest group chair for six years (2014 to 2020) and on several other College of Family Physicians of Canada committees.
