Q: What is included in the registration fee?
A: The bulk of the registration fee goes directly to the cost of your meals:-

The conference costs include meetings space rental, all AV equipment, staff coordination time, registration services, website and app development, and coverage for speakers and scientific planning committee (SPC) members. We have also subsidized the guest fees to make it possible to enjoy the conference and experience the wellness activities with a partner or friend.

Q: Who is eligible to register as an attendee?
A: All physicians and health care professionals or anyone with a general interest in physician wellness are invited to attend this event. As a full conference attendee, you will have access to all keynotes, sessions, meals, and optional wellness activities. All attendees will receive a certificate of credits earned. CFPC members will receive Direct Credit Entry.
Q: What does a guest pass include?
A: A guest pass includes access to all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the retreat), the keynotes on Friday and Saturday, the panel discussion on Sunday, and access to optional wellness activities. The guest pass rate is subsidized as part of our generous sponsors to allow attendees to enjoy meals and activities with a partner or friend.
Q: Can I bring my family members, including children?
A: The CFPC Physician Wellness Retreat is designed for an adult audience, and the meals and buffets provided reflect this focus. You may register older children (age 13 and older) through the guest pass process to attend all meals.
All family members, including children, are welcomed at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, which offers Kids Adventure Camp and more. For details about children’s programs and family travel, please visit their website.
Q: How do I learn about speaking opportunities at the event?
A: If you’d like to present at the conference, please email [email protected] with your name, topic, presentation details, and relevant experience. Our scientific planning committee (SPC) reviews all submissions when building the speaker list. Thank you in advance for your interest and submission.

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?A: The cancellation and refund policy is as follows:-
Cancel by January 5, 2027, for a full refund, less a $50 processing fee
